We are excited to share an important milestone in TWR Lighting’s journey: Stephen Love has joined our team as President.

Stephen brings more than an impressive resume — he brings heart, vision, and a deep passion for building strong teams and strong companies. Throughout his 25-year career, he has helped organizations grow, scale, and strengthen their operations, but what stands out just as much as his experience is how he does it, with humility, clarity, and a genuine

commitment to the people behind the work.

Stephen’s background spans global operations, large-scale manufacturing, and complex capital programs, but at the

core of every achievement is a leader who

believes in empowering people.

He has led major transformations for Fortune 500 companies, mid-market manufacturers, and private-equity-backed organizations, driving new market expansion, double-digit revenue growth, and sustainable improvements to performance and profitability. He’s successfully guided founder-led companies through the transition from “high-potential” to “scalable,” and has overseen billions in capital projects around the world.
